Mivisus is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We operate a cloud-based video surveillance service accessible at mivisus.com.

We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are handled by our payment processor.

03 Video Streams

Video streams processed through Mivisus are transmitted in real time from your desktop app to our servers and rebroadcast to your browser. We do not permanently store your video content unless a recording feature is explicitly activated by you.

You are the data controller for any video content you capture and stream. You are responsible for informing any individuals who may appear in your camera feeds, in accordance with applicable surveillance laws in your jurisdiction.

04 How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

05 Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU (Paris, eu-west-3 region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
