03 Video Streams
Video streams processed through Mivisus are transmitted in real time from your desktop app to our servers and rebroadcast to your browser. We do not permanently store your video content unless a recording feature is explicitly activated by you.

05 Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU (Paris, eu-west-3 region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
- Hashed and salted passwords (never stored in plaintext)
- Access controls limiting who can access production data
- Regular security reviews
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
06 Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days
- Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely
- Data required by law (e.g. billing records) may be retained for up to 10 years

As a user in the European Union or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We use only strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify you personally.
